Field House
I was on the North Shore today meeting with a new client and had a little extra time on my hands so I swung into Field House in Beverly. I love the North Shore, but had actually never been to downtown Beverly (FYI - it's really cute!) and Field House is right in the thick of it all.
The store was opened by husband and wife team Jamie Metsch and Kate Leavy, who also own Roost in Beverly and Salem. Field House came about from their own passions for home and interior design as well as requests from their customer base at Roost to open a home focused store. It's really a beautiful space - open, airy and light. They have a lot of great items including dinnerware, candles, vases, chairs, pillows, rugs, and other knick knacks for the home. I had a hard time only buying one tiny little bowl to keep my rings in!
I would highly recommend a trip to Field House if you are in the neighborhood - or make it a destination and have lunch across the street at the Atomic Cafe like I did. Next time I plan on checking out Roost as well as another home store called Suburb Bohemia down the street. Who knew Beverly would be so cool?! Here are some photos I snapped during my visit today.
